About Housingexecution Septic and How Referrals Work
Who We Are
Housingexecution Septic is a referral service. We help homeowners with septic or sewer trouble find a local provider. We do not dig, pump or fix pipes. Independent providers in our network do that work.
Why We Exist
Septic and sewer trouble is stressful. It is also hard to judge. Most people do not know what a drainfield is, or why a line keeps backing up.
We lean toward older houses. Old homes have old pipes. They have past repairs. They often hold surprises behind a wall or under the lawn. We think that deserves extra care and plain words.
Photos First, Then Call
Before you talk to anyone, gather a few things:
- Photos of the problem, such as wet spots, stains or slow drains
- Notes on when it started and what changed
- Any old records, like past pumping dates or repair papers
- A rough idea of where your tank or line sits
This makes your first talk faster. It also helps you compare estimates. If you later talk with your insurer, those photos and notes can help. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How Providers Are Matched
You call or send a request. We pass your details to a provider in our network who serves your area and handles your type of job. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to:
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Be clear about what is and is not included
- Treat your home with care
Providers run their own business. They set their own prices and schedules. They hold any licenses the law requires where they work.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not perform the work.
- We do not set provider prices.
- We do not decide what your insurer will pay.
- We do not push you to hire anyone.
You can ask questions and walk away. There is no obligation.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay Housingexecution Septic for referrals. You do not pay us to be connected. Your price comes from the provider and is shown in your written quote.
