How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider. That is a local septic or sewer business in our network. It is not Housingexecution Septic. We make the link. The provider does the work.
Each provider runs its own business. Each sets its own prices and schedule. Each answers for its own work.
What Happens on the Call
Here is the usual path:
- You describe the problem in plain words.
- You share your address and what you see.
- The provider asks a few questions.
- You learn if they can help and when they may be able to come.
Availability varies by provider and by day. Request a callback to check provider availability. Have your photos and notes close by.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions save money and stress. Try these:
- Have you worked on older homes like mine?
- How will you find my tank or line?
- What will the quote include? What could add to it?
- Do you hold the license my area requires?
- Will you explain what you find, in plain words?
- Can you give me notes or photos of the work?
Old houses can hide things. Ask what happens if the provider finds a surprise. Get the answer in writing.
Costs and Quotes
Prices vary by job. Tank size, pipe depth, soil and access all matter. A written quote should come before work starts. Ask for one. Compare if you want to.
You Are in Control
You choose. You can say yes, no or not yet. You can ask for another opinion. A request does not lock you in.
Keep your records. Save photos, notes, quotes and receipts in one folder. If you talk with your insurer, providers can often help document damage for a claim.
